Rusanivska and Dniprovska Embankments, Kiev

Divided into two parts by Dnepr river, nowadays Left-bank Kiev is coming after the popular Peysazhna Alley (Landscape Alley) sculpture project. In 2012 a rich number of new sculptures are to install on Rusanivska and Dniprovska embankments to enrich this side of the city by contemporary and modern art.

First on the Dnieper embankment a very unusual children`s playground appeared. The slides, sandbox and teeterboard were complemented by small sculptures of Fish, Elephant, Cow, Parrot, Cat and Owl. Ukrainian sculptor - Andrei Polubok actually decorated common playground into bright and colorful, loved-by children animal space. Six figures comprising "Alley Childhood" are located near the garden "Werbowiy".

Up to Ukrainian Independence Day (August, 24th) romantic sculpture “Chamomile” was opened near the local registry office. Young and talented sculptor from Kharkov - Dmitry Iv has made ??this huge flower according to classic bronze foundry technique. Some petals have words on it, so the new city legend of sculpture – wishmaster can easily appear.

The grand-opening of the bronze sculpture "Stairs" was held in September 2012 on Rusanivska Embankment. Here, the new piece of art suits the popular promenade alley. The bronze material is not usual for Aleksander Lidagovskiy, author of the art object. Despite the overall weight more than 200 kg the sculpture does not look massive, it seems to be floating in the air, with the walking children on it, moving in mutual impulse of support and friendship.
